Whitney Designs recently completed a spec home for Westwind Development, a 25-year, high-end builder.  The home sold furnished by Whitney Designs, in one day, for $2 million .  We have also designed model homes at the Carrera Estates development and have collaborated with a team of designers to complete the Minestrelli models at Villaggio in Indian Wells.

Each home’s interiors reflect a different prospective buyer’s tastes—based on the probable geographical market from which they came.  Simply put, Pamela Whitney considers what a prospective home buyer’s dream home should look like, and makes that dream come true when walking through that model home.  Simply put, it’s not just about “bricks and mortar,”  she's selling dreams.
